Express delivery- 1-3 working days
We deliver to all areas of the United Kingdom but unfortunately we are not able to take orders from outside the United Kingdom.
We offer a fast and professional delivery service to most areas of the UK within 1-3 working days of receiving your order. Our aim is to get your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible.
All orders over £80 are delivered free of charge to most parts of the United Kingdom. For orders under £80, the cost of delivery is £7.50.

For all orders to the Highlands and Islands and Northern Ireland there is a delivery surcharge of £15.95.
If for any reason you have not received your order within 3 working days, please contact us on 0161 2029684 or at email@example.com and we will investigate why your delivery has not arrived. From time to time deliveries can be disrupted by adverse weather and other unforeseen conditions over which we have no control. At such times we will endeavour to deliver your order as soon as possible and we will do our best to keep you informed of the status of your consignment.
Our aim is to make sure that you are 100% satisfied with the product (s) you have purchased. We offer a money-back guarantee for any products that you are not happy with up to 30 days after purchase. We must receive the products back within this 30 day period, in a new and unused condition and in the original packaging (no wear and tear or signs of usage). To arrange to return your items, please first call us on 0161 2029684 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
We offer a full refund which we aim will be paid within 5 working days of our receipt of returned items, although it may take longer for your bank to process the refunded payment. Refunds should be received no later than 30 days from the date of us receiving any returned items.
The cost of sending the items back is your responsibility, however we can arrange for the item (s) to be collected, the cost of which will be deducted from the refunded amount. If for any reason the item (s) you receive are faulty or defective, please contact us and we will arrange for the item (s) to be replaced or refunded. We need to be informed of this within 3 days of receipt of goods, by calling us on 0161 2029684 or emailing email@example.com. Items need to be returned to us so that we can inspect the fault before refunding or replacing the item (s). Please note this does not cover damage from normal wear and tear.
